The Faculty is active in four departments: Plant Sciences and Biotechnology, Animal, Marine and Aquatic Biology and Biotechnology, Microbiology and Microbial Biotechnology, and Cell and Molecular Biology. The faculty has also admitted students in bachelor’s program of biotechnology since 2016. With a history of nearly 50 years, experienced professors, educational and research facilities and advanced laboratory equipment, the faculty is one of the important centers of life sciences and biotechnology in the country.
